I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were in good condition with a king-size bed but the floors were dirty and were not cleaned properly. The service was lacking as I attempted to speak with the manager about carpet issues but faced difficulties. However, the location was decent in a nice area with plenty of eating options nearby, and the common areas were well-kept. The dining included dairy products, and overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
